Reminder/caution:

Steps for Inspection When Charger Does Not Work:

Before charging, please test the health of the battery (if the battery has been used for more than 12 months or not used for 3-4 months). If the green light is on when plugged in, but the charger does not work when the battery is connected and the green light remains on, it may be due to the positive and negative connectors not matching the size of your battery connector. Try changing the connector to match your battery.

If the green light is on when plugged into the power supply, and the LED on your device shows a red light when connected, the charger is working properly. Once fully charged, the LED will turn green.
